The Berkeley Athletic Fund (BAF) has established a scholarship program to recognize and support graduating student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence, commitment, and resilience throughout their time at Berkeley High School.
Each year, BAF will award four (4) scholarships of $500+ each to graduating seniors - with one recipient from the men’s program and one from the women’s program in each category (for a total of eight awards).
Nominations must be approved by the head coach of the student-athlete’s sport, but can be submitted by either the head coach or an assistant coach.
Each team may nominate up to two (2) students for each scholarship category, but may not nominate the same student-athlete for multiple categories.
If a student-athlete is nominated by more than one coach (for different sports), the selection committee will take this into account; however, no student may receive more than one scholarship.
Only graduating seniors are eligible.
