Cross Country summer conditioning is a critical to ensuring that athletes have the aerobic base and strength for a successful Fall competition season. Athletes will also have access to, and instruction in using the new BHS weight room. Athletes can also email Coach Brad for a training routine if they are not able to attend.

The Summer Track Conditioning Program focuses on the development of speed, strength, coordination, and mobility which are critical abilities for Track & Field. The summer program introduces sprinters, jumpers, and throwers to many of our general conditioning routines. Athletes will also have access to and instruction in using the new BHS weight room.
